Very friendly and attentive staff made our stay enjoyable.

The shower temperature fluctuated wildly throughout my stay, making it frustrating to get a consistent temperature. The bathroom was cramped to the point it was uncomfortable, especially for two people trying to get ready at the same time. Additionally, the WiFi connection was nearly nonexistent in my room, which made it impossible to work remotely.

Our stay at La Sinfonia Citadel Hotel And Spa was marked by the exceptional service. Miss Trang went above and beyond, helping us with a police report late at night. The hotel’s design was visually appealing, and the room we stayed in was spacious and well-furnished. The breakfast included local dishes, letting us start each day authentically.

Unfortunately, the breakfast offerings were limited for non-locals, and we were surprised by the lack of blackout curtains, which slightly impacted our rest. Additionally, the shower temperature was inconsistent, making it tricky to enjoy a prolonged shower.

I really enjoyed my overall stay and left with fond memories of the wonderful hospitality.

It was just an appropriate option for a lightning stop in Hanoi with great value for money. I particularly appreciated the friendly staff who made check-in a breeze. Consider taking a short taxi ride to the old town if it's hot outside.
